Catalyst Behavior Programs are designed to maximize success for the average dog or cat owner. They allow for more in-person, personalized support; more time to work on and understand key training concepts and techniques; increased flexibility to respond and adjust to behavioral changes; and they help keep you accountable and on track to meeting your behavior goals.

Behavior programs begin with an in-depth evaluation that examines all aspects of your pets’ behavior and what might be contributing to the issues. From there, we discuss a path forward that works for you and your pet.

Flexibility and customization is key to our success. We have Coaching options as well as Day Training options to help ensure that we achieve our desired results.

Coaching is where we work together and I help teach you how to handle your pet and feel confident working with them on your own.

Day Training helps to keep things moving along for the busy pet parents who can’t always be present for a session, but don’t want their pet to fall behind. During Day Training sessions I work directly with your pet while you are free to do whatever else it is that you need to do!

Our training programs seek to find the balance between structure and variability. We find structure in the patterns that other clients and their pets have taught us—certain “habits” that tend to play out in any given type of problem behavior.

But we also know that each animal and their situation is a singularity that no rigid structure can fully encompass. So we remain flexible enough to pivot and refine our training to yours and your pet’s specific needs within the overall structure of the training program.

This is not a top-down imposition of rules and exercises that you must follow without question, but rather a teamwork-driven process where everyone can contribute towards the possible best outcome.

Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to grow and flourish with your pet, no matter what the circumstances!

Catalyst Care Programs: Massage & Rehabilitation

Catalyst Care Programs are designed to help your dog recover from day-to-day wear & tear, vigorous activity, injury, or just to help improve their overall quality of life. I use a combination of massage, stretching, range of motion exercises, and strength & balance exercises to help your dog maintain or regain their performance and mobility.

Each session includes 30 minutes of uninterrupted massage time. This usually takes about 45 minutes total, depending on how long it takes for your dog to settle into the massage and how often they need to take breaks.
